Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with StaryMagic. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Please include your order number when contacting us.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@starymagic.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for the approved return address and instructions before sending the item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, size, or preference returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with clear photos so we can provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to five business days after processing for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
Contact us within the 30-day return period to request an exchange. Exchange availability depends on current product and variant availability.
Order Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund. Orders that have already shipped must follow the standard return process.
