We ship StaryMagic orders worldwide. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Cost

• Standard worldwide shipping is $5.99 USD.
• Free worldwide standard shipping is available on orders of $90 USD or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes or duties.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday through Saturday. Personalized or made-to-order jewelry may require additional preparation time when stated on the product page.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States and Canada: 6–10 business days
• United Kingdom and selected European countries: 3–6 business days
• Australia and Mexico: 10–12 business days
• New Zealand: 15–25 business days
• Other destinations: 10–25 business days

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or an incomplete address may extend delivery time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address Changes

If your shipping address is incorrect, contact support@starymagic.com as soon as possible. We can change an address only before the order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
